By accessing any page of this Site and/or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions without limitation or qualification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of use, you shall not use this Site.

You may not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of DSYR. User Submissions
Anything submitted to the Site, including but not limited to comments, questions, ideas, notes, postings, messages and suggestions (collectively “Submissions), shall be and remain the exclusive property of DSYR with no further compensation. We will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Submissions.

The information and materials in this Site, including but not limited to any service, products, information, data, text, graphics, audio, video, links or other items, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. DSYR expressly disclaims any representations and warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. DSYR makes no warranty, representation or guarantee (i) as to the content, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the information and materials in the Site and (ii) that the information will be uninterrupted or error free or that any defect can be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be responsible or liable for any damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential), loss, embarrassment, goodwill expenses or loss of profit incurred or suffered by you of this Site by reason of or in connection with the followings (i) this Site not being available; (ii) any access, use or inability to access or use this Site and/or any other websites linked to this Site; (iii) any failures, delays in transmission, interruptions, errors, omission or breakdown of any equipment, system, server software or terminal of DSYR or of the merchant; (iv) attack or interference by any computer virus, corruption, worm or by any person; (v) any inaccuracy, error, defect of content of this Site or other websites linked to this Site; (vi) any operation malfunction or defect of your computer terminal, systems or software used in accessing this Site and (vii) any omission, delay in performance or non-performance of the merchant or any third party from whom you purchase or deal with the goods and services offered or made available from the merchants' websites; including but not limited to product liability, late delivery or non-delivery.
Indemnity
By using this Site, you agree to defend, fully indemnify and hold harmless DSYR, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and its respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, stockholders, merchants and representatives, from and against any and all claims, demands, suits, actions, causes of action and/or liability, of any kind whatsoever for damages, losses, costs and/or expenses (including legal fees and disbursements) resulting from: (i) your use or misuse of the Site; (ii) your breach of these Terms and Conditions (iii) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
Governing Law and Arbitration
These Terms and Agreement shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Condition shall be decided by arbitration which shall be conducted in Malaysia before an arbitrator designated by the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration (the “KLRCA”), in accordance with the procedures of the KLRCA Rules of Arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Site reserves the right to pursue the protection of intellectual property rights and confidential information through injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts.
