How can I become a member?

Membership is based on a first-come-first-serve basis and through invitation by a member. To become a member, sign-up with us here.

Is my personal information secure?

At DSYR, the security and privacy of your personal information is our priority. We take administrative, technical and physical precautions to safeguard your personal information against unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of your personal information. Order & Payment

How do I change an order after confirmation?

Upon receiving your order confirmation, our team starts attending to it immediately so that you receive your purchases quickly. Thus, it is not possible to change an order after confirmation. Please check your order thoroughly prior to confirmation.


How can I pay?

We accept credit card payment for Visa and MasterCard, as well as online bank transfer from most Malaysian banks using iPay88 - the most secured payment gateway in Malaysia. 

 

 

Reporting Damaged/Broken Product Upon Receipt

 I received my product damaged or broken. What do I do?

All broken/damaged product must be reported to us WITHIN 24 Hours upon receipt. Reports MUST be made via E-MAIL to support@dsyr.com. E-mail must include:

  1. Order Number
  2. Date of product receipt
  3. Photos of the damaged/broken product
  4. Photos of the product packaging


Returns & Exchanges

How can I return a defective/wrong product?

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, return it to us within 14 days upon receipt, subjected to the followings:

  • The item must be returned in its original purchase condition, including its original packaging, tag, manufacturer's container, documentation, warrnaty card, manuals and all accompanying accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any way.
  • Items purchase as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
  • This return policy does not apply to items which have been stated as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on dsyr.com.

Following a review, the product shall be replaced with a new item (same design and model) or refunded.

 

Will I receive a refund in cash?

We offer refund options in cash or credit points. If you choose to receive your refund in cash, you will be refunded the value of your purchase less delivery and administrative charges. If you choose DSYR credit points, you will be refunded in full value. Credit points will be deposited to your DSYR account, after which you can use to makepurchases on dsyr.com.



Shipping
Does DSYR ship overseas?

Our main focus now is to serve fellow Malaysians well. However, if you need us to ship to other countries, please drop us an email and we will try our very best to help out.


How long after an order would I receive my purchase?

Delivery information is stated in each product’s description place under Shipping Information. 


How about delivery charges?

We charge a flat rate of RM8 for each order. So even if you purchase one, two or ten items (in a single order); delivery fee is still capped at RM8.


I am buying a gift. Can you ship directly to the recipient of the gift?

Of course we can! If the shipping address is other than your own (billing address), please indicate so by filling up the Shipping Address section.
